A Green Scene rents plants for trade shows and expos throughout Miami and South Florida, including the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Broward County Convention Center. We supply and style show-quality palms, ferns, and tropical foliage, then deliver, install, and remove them on your exact show schedule so your booth or entrance looks its best without any work from your team.
Event plant rental pricing depends on the plants and quantity, the length of your event, and the venue. A few statement palms for a photo backdrop is a small setup, while a full convention-hall or gala build is larger. Send us your date, venue, and vision through our quote form and we'll send a tailored, itemized estimate. There's no one-size-fits-all price for event greenery.
For events, our most-requested plants are Areca and Christmas palms, bird of paradise, fiddle-leaf figs, and Boston ferns. They're full, healthy, and photograph beautifully under event lighting.
